1. General Information
Cycling Quest Greece provides guided and self-guided cycling tours in Greece. All bookings, itineraries, and services are subject to availability, and by making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
1. All bookings must be made via our website, email, or authorized travel partners.
2. A deposit of 300€ is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before the start of your tour.

4. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the agreed price.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellations made >90 days before the tour will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposit.
2. Cancellations made 60-90 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund minus any non-refundable deposit
3. Cancellations within <60 days of the tour start date are subject to partial or no refund.
3. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
4. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather, safety, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, you may receive a full refund or transfer your booking to another date.
4. Responsibilities and Safety
1. Participants are responsible for their own health, fitness, and preparedness for cycling tours.
2. All cyclists must follow local traffic rules, tour guidelines, and safety instructions provided by our guides.
3. Losses or damage to bikes and equipment caused by negligence are the responsibility of the participant.
4. Helmets are mandatory for all participants. Cycling Quest Greece is not liable for injuries caused by non-compliance with safety rules.
5. Equipment and Support
1. Bikes, gear, and support vehicles are provided according to the selected tour package.
2. Any additional equipment not included in the package must be arranged and approved in advance.
3. Support vehicles carry basic repair kits, snacks, and drinks as specified in each tour description.
6. Media and Photography
By participating in Cycling Quest Greece tours, you consent to the capture and use of photographs and videos during the tour for promotional purposes. These may be published on our website, social media channels, marketing materials, or other media. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in advance.
7. Intellectual Property
1. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, videos, and graphics, is owned by Cycling Quest Greece and protected by copyright laws.
2. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
8. Privacy
1. Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. By booking a tour, you consent to receive emails regarding your booking and related offers.
9. Limitation of Liability
1. Cycling Quest Greece is not liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or delays arising from your participation in a cycling tour, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by our staff.
2. We are not responsible for events outside our control, including natural disasters, road closures, or transportation delays.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from their application or interpretation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City, e.g., Athens, Greece].
